"An uninsured motorist hit me. While no one was injured it’s still a pain to deal with it all. Then I called Lynn at State Farm. Things started looking better quickly. Lynn answered her phone (no voicemail maze to navigate). She verified what coverage I had and clearly communicated the next steps. She told me all my options and the flow of how things would go once I initiated a claim. I had a question while at Enterprise and she again answered right away and was able to assist the rental car agent so I could be on my way. My car is now fixed and Lynn made the process so much smoother than I’ve ever experienced before. Excellent customer service and guidance during the time I needed it most!"

"I literally googled cheaper insurance in Austin and they called me Within like four minutes of me searching. They got me a policy that was almost $100 cheaper than my current one with similar coverage. Super friendly. Didn’t feel like it was being over sold too or cold called. And since they called at the beginning of my research (still wondering how they got my number tbh) but I barely had to do any work witch I always appreciate lol. Highly recommend! They did try to upsell me on renters insurance and free financial planning which I declined. Right now I don’t have any finances to plan because I’m living paycheck to paycheck lol. But they were not pushy about it which I also very much appreciated. I highly recommend this particular SF insurance office."
